The only way to stop the chaos and the danger is to destroy the source of it. It is the experimental tank with the secret weapon. The source of the problem is in the tank itself. It has some sort of device that can affect the behavior of the people. If it works, then the people will be able to control the tank and do whatever they want. If it doesn’t work, then it will just make them sick.
